Description
Step into the timeless atmosphere of Asakusa and experience Tokyo as it once was. This kimono photoshoot takes place in one of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods, surrounded by historic temples, lantern-lined streets, and traditional alleyways.
The session is completely beginner-friendly. If you’re not used to being in front of the camera, don’t worry. I’ll guide you throughout the photoshoot with simple, natural poses and help you feel comfortable every step of the way. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the experience.
The photoshoot takes place entirely in Asakusa, with scenic routes chosen to highlight the district’s unique charm and cultural atmosphere.
You can book your kimono directly during the reservation by selecting the kimono rental add-on. Once your booking is finalized, I’ll arrange the kimono rental on your behalf and send you all the relevant details, including the rental shop location and timing.
Since wearing a kimono takes time, I recommend arriving at the rental shop about one hour before the scheduled photoshoot. I’ll meet you directly at the rental shop, and we’ll begin our walk through Old Tokyo together.
Please wear comfortable inner layers and avoid tight hairstyles to make kimono dressing easier.
I look forward to welcoming you in Asakusa and capturing your travel moments in a truly traditional setting.
