Hi, I’m Thierry, a French photographer and videographer based in Tokyo. I first came to Japan in 2012 to study engineering at Keio University, and after several years working as an engineer, I chose to follow my passion for photography full-time.
Japan has been my home for more than a decade, and I still find something new to love and photograph every day. From Tokyo’s lively streets and hidden local corners to the peaceful lakes and dramatic views around Mount Fuji, I enjoy helping visitors experience the country through its most beautiful and meaningful settings.
I specialize in natural, candid photography with a cinematic and timeless feel. I have photographed hundreds of couples across Japan, including proposals, engagements, pre-wedding sessions, elopements, and travel portraits. My goal is never to make you feel stiff or over-posed: I’ll give you simple, relaxed guidance when you need it, then capture the genuine moments, laughter, and connection that make your experience yours.
