Yes. When you book a photoshoot, it’s a private session just for you (and your group if applicable). You won’t be sharing your time with strangers.
When is the photographer / photoshoot available?
Each photoshoot page includes a live calendar updated in real-time and that displays the available dates and time slots.
When should I book my photoshoot?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy travel seasons. Some of our most popular photographers fill up quickly.
Can I book last minute?
Yes. If a time slot is available, you can book, even on the same day. Just try to give a few hours’ notice so the photographer can prepare.
Can I change the date or time after booking?
Yes. You can reschedule your session as long as the photographer is available for the new date and time.
What’s the cancellation policy?
You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled photoshoot.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain isn’t a problem and can even add a unique atmosphere to the photos. If heavy rain is expected, you can reschedule or move the shoot indoors. If rescheduling isn’t possible due to the weather, you’ll receive a full refund.
What happens after I book?
Once you confirm your booking, the photographer will reach out to you via WhatsApp to plan the session and share the meeting point.
How will the photographer contact me after booking?
When booking, you’ll provide your WhatsApp number. The photographer will message you there to confirm the shoot and share details.
Where will I meet the photographer?
After booking, your photographer will message you on WhatsApp with the exact meeting point, usually sent as a Google Maps pin.
Do the photographers speak English?
Yes. All our photographers speak English, and some may speak additional languages. Check the photoshoot page for language details.
I’m camera shy. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Most of our clients aren’t models. Our photographers are experienced in guiding people and helping you feel relaxed and confident. Everyone is welcome, and we believe everyone is photogenic in the right hands.
Can I choose the shoot location?
Each shoot includes recommended routes, but if you have a specific location in mind, let the photographer know. As long as it’s within the same city, adjustments are usually possible.
Can I request a custom photoshoot?
Yes. If you’re looking for something specific, fill out our custom request form. If we can accommodate it, we’ll send you a quote and a private booking link.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most payment methods, including Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
What currency is used for payment?
All prices and payments on Photo Trips are displayed in US dollars (USD).
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Delivery times may vary by photographer, but you’ll typically receive your edited photos within a few days.
How will I receive my photos?
Once your photographer finishes editing, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your photos in high resolution.
Can I choose the photos I want to receive?
Yes. After the session, you’ll be able to select your favorite images from the full gallery. Your photographer will then edit and deliver those selected shots. If you prefer, you can let the photographer choose the best ones for you.
Can I get the RAW pictures?
RAW files are not included by default, as each photographer has their own policy regarding unedited files. However, you will always receive a set
In what format will I receive my pictures?
All images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format, ideal for both printing and sharing online.
Do I need to bring anything to the photoshoot?
Just show up on time, bring your best energy, and wear something that makes you feel great. If the photoshoot has a specific theme or suggestion, you’ll see the details in the booking page.
Can I get extra time?
Yes. You can add optional extras like additional time or more edited photos when you book. Check out the available Add-ons when you book.
Can I change outfits during the shoot?
Yes, but keep in mind that outfit changes take time and will be included in the total session duration.
Can I wear a costume?
Of course. Get creative and wear whatever fits your style. Just be ready before the shoot begins to make the most of your time.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you can bring someone with you. However, if you booked a solo photoshoot, we won’t be able to take pictures of your friend unless you upgrade the booking.
If I book a couple or family session, can I also get individual shots?
Of course. We can mix individual and group photos as long as it fits within the session time.
Can I get individual shots during a group session?
Yes. Whether you’re booking as a couple or group, individual shots are always welcome as part of the shoot.
What happens if I’m late?
Please try to arrive on time to enjoy your full session. If you’re late, the shoot may be shortened, especially if the photographer has another session after yours. If possible, let them know in advance, they may be able to adjust.
Can I post the pictures on social media?
Absolutely! Feel free to share your photos online and tag us on Instagram. We’d love to feature you in our stories.
Are you going to publish my photos online?
No, your photos will remain private unless you give us permission to use them. We always ask before sharing any images on our website or social media, and we only use photos that you’ve approved for public use.
Can I see the photos right after the shoot?
While your photographer will select and edit the best images before delivery, you may be able to preview the raw shots on-site if time allows. Just ask your photographer during the shoot.
Can I tip the photographer?
Tipping is not required, but always appreciated. If you loved your experience, you can tip in cash or ask the photographer if they accept tips digitally after the session.
