Hi, I’m Gilson, a photographer and cinematographer based in Seoul.
Originally from Brazil, I’ve been living in Korea for nine years and working with travelers and international clients from all over the world. With a background in filmmaking and a master’s degree in Cinematography from Chung-Ang University, I approach every photoshoot with a filmmaker’s eye, creating images that feel cinematic, expressive, and full of atmosphere.
I specialize in travel, cultural, and portrait photography, tailoring each session to your style and personality. From iconic landmarks to hidden corners of Seoul, I know the city well and love guiding guests to beautiful locations that bring each story to life. My goal is always to make the experience smooth, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable.
Every session is private, allowing you to feel comfortable and fully present in the moment. You’ll receive all original photos with basic color retouching on the day of your shoot, with the option for final, polished edits afterward.
I speak English and Portuguese fluently, and I can also communicate in Korean and Spanish. Whether this is your first time in Seoul or a return visit, I’d be happy to show you my favorite spots and capture your time here in photos that feel like scenes from your own story.
