How does Photo Trips work?
You choose a destination, browse the photoshoots available there, and book the one that fits your trip. Each listing is a complete experience with a set route, duration and number of edited photos, run by a local photographer. Availability is live, so the slot you pick is confirmed immediately.
How much does a photoshoot cost?
Most sessions start around $100 and vary by city, photographer, duration and the number of edited photos included. Every price is shown upfront on the photoshoot page, with no hidden fees. All prices are in US dollars.
Are the photoshoots private?
Yes, always. Every booking is a private session for you and your group. You will never share your time with other travelers.
How and when do I receive my photos?
Your photographer delivers a private download link with professionally edited, high-resolution images. Delivery times vary slightly, but most travelers receive their gallery within a few days of the session, often while still on the trip.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule whenever your photographer is available on the new date. Cancel at least 48 hours before the session and you receive a full refund. If the photographer cancels, you are refunded in full.
Do the photographers speak English?
Yes. Every photographer on Photo Trips speaks English, and many speak additional languages. Any extra languages are listed on the photoshoot page.
Can I request something that isn’t listed?
Yes. If you have a specific location, occasion or style in mind, send us a custom request. If we can arrange it, we’ll come back with a quote and a private booking link.
